disclaimers

  • I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time,

  • Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs,

  • The terms here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission,

  • Client will only get a full refund during sketching process (half afterwards)

payment and process

  • All payments are up front and will be done by via cashapp or venmo (USD),

  • Payments being made on cashapp must be titled "candle" "candy" or "lemonade" when sending money,

  • A design fee may be applied (asking me to draw with no reference) as its me designing the character and drawing.

  • The work is usually done at 300+ dpi (2000 x 2000) like such and cropped,

  • The terms here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission,

  • If for any reason i am unable to complete your commission you will get a full refund,

  • Your commission will be worked on as fast as i can get to and finish it.

revisions and expectations

  • One total revision and many small changed are allowed in the sketch process for free,

  • Any revisions that need to be made because of my errors will aswell be free for you,

  • Small changes on the final product like colors, patterns, small accesories, ect, will be free of charge within reason,

  • Provide multiple clear reference images of the character or one with other references/details either images or text,

  • Decent responses, dont be rude, dont ignore me and any questions i may have, name reasonable prices.

  • DO'S

  • Gore, blood, guts, bones

  • non-sexual nudity, SFW,

  • Human, feral, anthro, chibi,

  • Ships, complicated ships/scenarios,

  • Designs, adopts,

  • Backrounds, props.

  • DONT'S

  • NSFW,

  • Mecha, robot,

  • Illegal + immoral relationships/stuff,

  • Fetish content, suggestive content,

  • Etc..

usage policies

  • I have the right to use your commissioned piece places unless discussed before commission has started,

  • You have the right to use commissioned pieces

what you CAN do with commissioned piece

  • Post work on social media,

  • Print it out and use it,

  • Use as character reference

  • Edit over it (cropping, color filters, stickers, name, color palette),

  • TRADE commissioned character/adopts

what you CANT do with commissioned piece

  • Remove my watermark,

  • Claim it as your own,

  • Trace over it,

  • SELL commissioned characters,

  • Recolor it entirely,

  • Post it for illegal or gross activities.

When commissioning say "i agree and abide by the rules your tos/terms of service" or something similar
